CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Any outstanding balance must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled. • A card on file is required to book an appointment.
